Permanently delete your Social Loom account in the app, or continue to the secure web account service to verify your identity and submit the request.
In the app
Open Account, choose Delete account and follow the identity verification and confirmation steps.
On the web
The account service uses Apple or Google sign-in for verification. Use the identity linked to the account you want to delete. Opening the service does not itself delete anything.

- Your account, saved content, cloud originals, AI results, questions and answers, preferences and usage records are permanently removed. An offline device clears the old account's app data when deletion is confirmed after reconnecting.
- Deletion does not cancel subscriptions at Apple or Google. Manage the subscription in its original store to stop future renewals.
- Storage packs end immediately on deletion and are not restored by signing up again or restoring purchases. Eligible active membership can only be recovered through the store's normal restore process, with its original expiry date.
- Signing up again creates a new account. Deleted content and physically removed originals cannot be recovered.
